HOW TO LOG IN OR CREATE A USER ACCOUNT TO PAY YOUR BILL

1. Visit our website at https://billing.tce.coop/onlineportal/Customer-Login

2. Click the green ‘Sign In” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen

3. Use your credentials to sign in (username or account# and password).

4. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MY ENERGY ONLINE ACCOUNT Click “Create Account” Input the information matching what you gave  TriCoLink during the application stage of your fiber account. This should include your primary phone number, the last four digits of your drivers License#, and email address. Follow the prompts to create your account.
